Romantically spirited!

Buongiorno Pinelle,
today I’m going to show you a spirited yet romantic look…and above all a nice way to use long skirts also in winter. I must admit that lately, despite being a fan of miniskirts, I really love these skirts that in recent years have really inundated all the shops!
So if in summer we can make do with sandals, sneakers etc… in the winter what footwear can we wear with long skirts? And this is where the invaluable Claudia came in!! 😀

So here I am, on the streets of Rome as I go to meet some people for lunch… needless to say I arrived a little late, the light was so nice we stopped to take a few snaps for you!

Let’s move on to the look. I picked this skirt with a light, rather romantic pattern by MesDemoiselles, matched on top with a really simple beige tee by Iro and the legendary denim jacket by Topshop.
The skirt has a gathered waist band, which is quite high, so I decided to break it up with a dark brown belt that echoes that pattern of the skirt. On my feet I have a pair of Rag&Bone ankle boots with a nice high yet comfortable heel, again in shades of brown, but, if you really don’t feel like wearing heels, you can wear a simple flat boots which perfectly suit the look too I assure you!

The bag, in cornflower blue leather by Celine, goes very well both with the skirt as well as the denim jacket, and also matches the necklace by Niki Nika which I chose to prettify my décolleté.

Hugs and kisses!!!
