Time to get moving!

Time to get moving!

Hi girls!
As I told you a while back, I’m often in Milan for work these days and there, the weather isn’t quite like here in Rome! So I’ve resigned myself to the cold and the rain… also because, apart from a brief respite, the bad weather is set to continue for the whole weekend! ARGH!!!!! Since I don’t have to stay away too long, and I travel by train, I prefer to bring only a spacious tote bag that must be comfortable and light! I’m not fond of dragging around kilos and kilos of suitcases, bags and handbags… even though, I must admit, sometimes in my indecision about what to take on my trip, I grab a trolley bag and stuff everything into it! 😀
Anyway, the tote I picked for this trip is by  Saddler’s Union, has a brown leather trim and the middle part is in vintage effect anthracite grey!

My look is obviously simple and comfortable given the trips I have to make to get there and once I arrive, but with garments suitable for the cold, rainy and windy weather I will find in these typically November days!

So I opted for this lined dark green Parka by Swiss Chriss, with a handy, comfortable hood, a drawstring at the waist so it can be easily adapted to the body and lots of pockets, which always come in handy for us women, lol! Underneath, I decided to put on layers. First, a simple white tee from H&M, then a red/wine jumper by American Vintage. I swapped my skinny jeans for these boot-cut ones by Mother.

I then chose an Ankle Boot by Aldo, with a bit of a heel, yes, but chunky and very comfortable, so I can wear them all day throughout my various travels.  I couldn’t resist this red woollen hat, with a leopard pattern of course hahaha! So what do you think? Do I look set for a trip?? See you in Milan!
