Colours, colours and more colours! You all know that I love wearing colourful clothes and often include them in my “looks”. One of my faves is definitely yellow, a colour that emanates positive energy and instantly brings a smile to our faces!
But speaking of colours, energy etc made us think of one of the latest and greatest trends – fruit and vegetable smoothies. So we decided to play a game: for each colour we chose an outfit and juice extract in the same shade! Shall we begin?
Let’s start with my fave…eheheh YELLOW made with pineapple, papaya and pink grapefruit. We’ve dedicated this one to all women, because besides being a nice, thirst-quenching and purifying juice, it is also the perfect mix to help you to beat cellulite! Its matching dress from Zara, light with spaghetti straps, is perfect for hot sunny days and will make you feel instantly gorgeous and sexy!
ORANGE! A great classic, delicious and perfect for preparing your skin for the sun! Carrots, apricots, mango and oranges. Give it a little kick by adding a bit of ginger… you’ll be amazed! 😉 And if orange is one of your favourite colours, here is the ideal dress…long with a side split… perfect for a romantic evening!
Rich in vitamins and mineral salts, GREEN smoothies are ideal for those who want to lose weight and purify the body. Kiwi and oranges, or spinach with celery and green apple. Add some lemon juice and and voila! Pure energy! And the right dress? In intense green with perforations from Topshop, romantic style…
RED! Watermelon, strawberries and peaches! Or alternatively watermelon, cucumber and lime… or even with some vegetables, like tomatoes, celery, lemon juice and a pinch of salt… you can go to town with the ingredients, mixing seasonal fruit and vegetables together to suit your taste! You are spoilt for choice! And the dress? This time we’ve picked a short, off-the-shoulder dress, slightly gypsy style, which you can personalise with lots of accessories!
And now for PURPLE, with blueberries, prunes, raspberries and more… all anti oxidant fruit perfect for your legs! The garnish? A few mint leaves to give a pinch of freshness!
The dress is by Asos, light, soft and knee-length. Definitely great with a pair of high heels and ideal for a summer wedding. If, instead, you’re at the beach, kick off the heels and go barefoot ! 😉
And the final colour… PINK! A few strawberries, a peach and a slice of watermelon, or some pink grapefruit and lime juice. Again, you are spoilt for choice, and you’ll definitely be doing your body a big favour! For this colour we picked an all-pink look, with pants and jacket for those who perhaps have to stay in the office for the summer!
