today it’s officially summer aren’t you happy? I am! Even because, as you might know, I will start this week filming the Coca Cola Summer Festival…such an emotion!
I need to be full of energies and start this new adventure with grit!! Oh yes, because it’s always something emotional being in front of the audience. To be full of energy, I always eat a very consistent breakfast and during the day I try to eat seasonal fruit and veggies.
Oh berries, perfect allied… tanks of vitamins and antioxidants that keep us young and beautiful, fighting skin aging! And they are precious for the wellbeing of our organism, particularly if we are on diet, because they have a detox effect and they make us feel full.
Blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, currants… precious allied for our wellbeing but also truly delicious!!
I like to prepare many healthy and tasty snacks!! Naturally these small fruits are delicious even if you eat them raw, in a dessert, smoothie or yogurt… but there are a lot of recipes too!
For breakfast, I prepare stuffed grapefruit with berries… just empty half of a grapefruit, fill it with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and spread some orange juice.
A mix of vitamins, fragrances and tastes! Another snack that Mia loves are homemade snack bars with red berries, pistachios and granola… delicious and healthy!
But berries are perfect to be combined with main courses too! A super food, perfect for its anti-aging properties is quinoa salad, spinaches, pears, red fruits and nuts… I could eat tons of this!
So Pinelle, to be healthy and be ready for the bikini challenge you don’t have to eat tasteless food! But work out something with your fantasy!
